At Pay-ET, we aim to provide reliable digital financial services. Refunds and returns are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
1. Nature of Services
Pay-ET provides digital financial services such as AEPS, recharge, bill payments. As these are processed electronically, completed transactions cannot be reversed once successfully processed.
2. Failed Transactions
In cases where a transaction fails but the amount is debited from the user's account, the refund will be processed automatically by the respective banking or payment partner.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds for failed transactions are generally processed within 5 to 7 working days depending on the policies of the banking or payment service provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Successful transactions completed through the platform
- Incorrect details entered by the user (wrong account/mobile number)
- Transactions declined due to insufficient balance or bank rejection
- Service charges or convenience fees
5. Transaction Verification
Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirming any payment or transfer on the Pay-ET platform.
6. Dispute Resolution
If a user believes a transaction issue has occurred, they should contact Pay-ET support with the relevant transaction details for investigation.
